- Having reviewed Dubai Decree No. 34 of 2022 establishing the Agencies Affiliated to the Dubai Municipality and Determining their Functions;
- Dubai Decree No. 19 of 2025 concerning Safety in Construction Works in the Emirate of Dubai,
- Dubai Order establishing the Dubai Municipal Council of 1961;
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 43 of 2022 approving the Organisational Structure of Dubai Municipality,
have decided the following:
The words and expressions used in this Decision shall have the meanings assigned to them in the aforementioned Dubai Decree No. 19 of 2025.
Pursuant to this Decision, the ‘Safety Guide for Construction Works in the Emirate of Dubai’, including the rules, standards, guidelines and obligations contained therein, is hereby adopted and shall be published on the websites of the Municipality and the competent authority.
