Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Drug Authority Decision No. 21 of 2026 regarding the Pricing of Certain Medical Products

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Drug Establishment,

- Having reviewed Federal Decree-Law No. 28 of 2023 on the Establishment of the Emirates Drug Establishment;

- Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2024 concerning Medical Products, the Profession of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Establishments,

- Minister of Health and Prevention Decision No. 140 of 2013 regarding the Pricing of Pharmaceutical Products;

- and in the public interest,

has decided the following:

Article 1

The retail prices of medicinal products (Medicine) for pharmacies and the general public shall be amended in accordance with the table below:

Article 2

Pricing certificates for the medicinal products mentioned in this Decision shall be issued with effect from the date of its issuance.

Article 3

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force 30 days after the date of its issuance.
