The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Drug Establishment,
- Having reviewed Federal Decree-Law No. 28 of 2023 on the Establishment of the Emirates Drug Establishment;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2024 concerning Medical Products, the Profession of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Establishments,
- Minister of Health and Prevention Decision No. 140 of 2013 regarding the Pricing of Pharmaceutical Products;
- and in the public interest,
has decided the following:
The retail prices of new medicinal products (Medicine) for pharmacies and the public shall be determined in accordance with the table below:
