The Minister of Economy and Tourism,
- Having reviewed Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 on Commercial Companies and its amendments;
- Cabinet Decision No. 102 of 2022 concerning the Issuance of Regulations on Administrative Penalties for Acts Committed in Violation of the Provisions of Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 on Commercial Companies;
- and in the public interest,
have hereby decreed the following:
For the purposes of this Decision, the words and expressions defined in Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 on Commercial Companies shall have the meanings assigned to them therein; provided that the following expressions shall have the meanings set out opposite each, unless the context of the text requires otherwise:
Law: Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 on Commercial Companies and its amendments.
Ministry: The Ministry of Economy and Tourism.
Competent Authority: The local authority responsible for company affairs in the relevant emirate.
Register: A central Register established by the Min...
