The Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2019 on Public Finance, as amended;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 31 of 2025 on Higher Education and Scientific Research;
- Cabinet Decision No. 106 of 2024 on the Adoption of the National Qualifications Framework
and Cabinet Decision No. 81 of 2025 concerning Service Fees and Administrative Fines at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research;
- and based on the proposal submitted by the Minister of Finance and the approval of the Cabinet,
has hereby decided:
The definitions set out in Federal Decree-Law No. 31 of 2025 on Higher Education and Scientific Research shall apply to this Decision.
