The Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2021 on the Establishment of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security;
- Cabinet Decision No. 88 of 2022 concerning Fees for Services Provided by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, and its amendments;
- and based on the proposal submitted by the Minister of Finance and with the approval of the Cabinet,
has hereby decided:
Clauses (1/6) and (6/b) of Table No. 1 annexed to the aforementioned Cabinet Decision No. 88 of 2022 shall be amended as follows:
