The Cabinet:
− Having reviewed the Constitution;
− Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 Regarding the Competences of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended;
− Federal Decree-Law No. 49 of 2022 Regarding Human Resources in the Federal Government;
− Cabinet Decision No. 48 of 2023 Regarding the Executive Regulation of Federal Decree-Law No. 49 of 2022 Regarding Human Resources in the Federal Government; and
− Upon the proposal of the Minister of State for Government Development and the Future, Chairman of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, and the approval of the Cabinet,
Hereby resolves as follows:
The definitions set out in Federal Decree-Law No. 49 of 2022 Regarding Human Resources in the Federal Government and its Executive Regulations shall apply to this System. Otherwise, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
