We, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council
- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 27 of 2015 establishing the Emirates Global Accreditation Centre and its amendments;
- Dubai Law No. 1 of 2016 on the Financial System of the Government of Dubai, its Executive Regulations and amendments thereto;
- Dubai Law No. 26 of 2023 concerning the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Regulation No. 2 of 2010 concerning the Regulation of the Work of Conformity Assessment Bodies in the Emirate of Dubai,
have decided as follows:
The additional fee of AED 100 charged by the Emirates Global Accreditation Centre for services provided to conformity assessment bodies located outside the Emirate of Dubai, as stipulated in Dubai Regulation No. 2 of 2010 referred to above, is hereby cancelled.
