Ras Al Khaimah Emiri Decree No. 30 of 2003 Concerning the Regulation on Travel and Tourism Offices and Domestic Tourism for the Year 2003

We, Saqr bin Mohammed bin Salem Al Qasimi, Ruler of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and its dependencies

Having reviewed

- Based on the proposal submitted to us by the Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler

- Ras Al Khaimah Emiri Decree No. 4 of 1993 and the Regulation on Tourism and Travel Agencies of 1993
- and in the public interest

hereby order the issuance of the following Regulation:

Regulations for Tourism and Travel Agencies and Domestic Tourism for the year 2003

Article 1 – Title of the Regulations

This Regulation shall be known as the Ras Al Khaimah Emiri Decree No. 30 of 2003 Concerning the Regulation on Travel and Tourism Offices and Domestic Tourism for the Year 2003.

Article 2 – Definitions 

The following terms and expressions shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context otherwise requires:

a. State – the United Arab Emirates.

b. Emirate – the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

c. Department – the Economic Department.

d. Head – Head of the Economic Department.
