- Having reviewed Federal Decree-Law No. 30 of 2025 regarding the Governance of the National Curriculum;

- Dubai Law No. 2 of 2021 regarding the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai;

- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 35 of 2020 regarding the Regulation of Early Childhood Centres in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;

- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 17 of 2025 approving the Organisational Structure of the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai;

- Dubai Administrative Decision No. 48 of 2025 regarding the Teaching of the Arabic Language in Early Childhood,

have decided:

Article 1 – Definitions

The words and phrases contained in this Decision shall have the meanings assigned to them in the aforementioned Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 35 of 2020.
