Dubai Administrative Decision No. 30 of 2026 Regarding the Conditions and Procedures for Approval of the Registration of Children in Early Childhood Centres

The Director General

- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 2 of 2021 regarding the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai;

- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 35 of 2020 regarding the Regulation of Early Childhood Centres in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;

- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 17 of 2025 approving the Organisational Structure of the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai,

have decided:

Article 1 – Definitions

The words and phrases contained in this Decision shall have the meanings assigned to them in the aforementioned Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 35 of 2020.

Article 2 – Conditions for Issuing Approval

The following conditions must be met for approval to be granted for the registration of children at the Centre:

1. The child must have reached the age required for admission to the Centre, in accordance with the age groups specified under the legislation in force in the State.
