- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 5 of 1995 establishing the Department of Finance;
- Dubai Law No. 20 of 2021 establishing the Department of Economy and Tourism in the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 23 of 2009 concerning the Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises and its amendments,
have decided:
The following words and expressions, wherever they appear in this Decision, shall have the meanings set out opposite each of them, unless the context of the text requires otherwise:
Department: The Department of Economy and Tourism in the Emirate of Dubai.
Establishment: The Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises.
Director-General: The Director-General of the Department.
Emirati Supplier: Private companies and organisations registered with the Establishment.
Committee: The Emirati Supplier Support Committee, formed in accordance with the provisions of this decision.
