Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 regulating Labour Relations, as amended, and its Executive Regulations;
- Cabinet Decision No. 21 of 2020 regarding Service Fees and Administrative Fines at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and its amendments;
- Ministerial Decision No. 598 of 2022 regarding the Wages Protection System, and its amendments
- Ministerial Decision No. 209 of 2022 regarding the Classification of Establishments within Category 3;
- and in the public interest
has decided:
1. The first day of each Gregorian month shall be designated as the standard date for the payment of wages to workers in private sector establishments for the preceding calendar month, and any payment made after this date shall constitute a delay in payment.
