- Federal Law No. 3 of 1983 concerning the Federal Judiciary and its amendments;
- Federal Law No. 11 of 1992 concerning the Enactment of the Civil Procedure Law and its amendments;
- Federal Law No. 35 of 1992 concerning the Enactment of the Criminal Procedure Law and its amendments;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 on Combating Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and the Financing of Illegal Organisations, and its Executive Regulations;
- Cabinet Decision No. 47 of 2020 regarding the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Labour;
- after consulting the presidents of the relevant courts;
- based on the proposal of the Judicial Inspection Department;
