Having reviewed:
- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers and its amendments;
- Federal Law No. 4 of 2015 on Private Healthcare Facilities, its amendments and its Executive Regulations;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 4 of 2016 on Medical Liability, its amendments and its Executive Regulations;
- Federal Law No. 5 of 2019 on the Regulation of the Practice of Medicine and its Executive Regulations;
- Federal Law No. 6 of 2023 on the Practice of Certain Health Professions by Persons other than Doctors and Pharmacists and its Executive Regulations;
- Ministerial Circular No. 1 of 2026 on the Medical Emergency System;
- and in the public interest,
has decided:
The National Protocol for the Reception of Medical Emergencies, attached to this Decision, is hereby approved.
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and come into force on the day following the date of its publication.
