- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 36 of 2023 on the Regulation of Competition;
- Cabinet Decision No. 37 of 2014 regarding the Executive Regulations of Federal Law No. 4 of 2012 on the Regulation of Competition;
- Cabinet Decision No. 3 of 2025 regarding the Rates Associated with the Implementation of Federal Decree-Law No. 36 of 2023 on the Regulation of Competition;
- based on the proposal of the Minister of Economy and Tourism and the approval of the Cabinet,
has decided:
The definitions set out in Federal Decree-Law No. 36 of 2023 on the Regulation of Competition shall apply to this Decision; otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set out opposite each, unless the context of the text requires otherwise:
