The Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- and Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, and its amendments;
- Federal Law No. 14 of 2016 on Administrative Violations and Penalties in the Federal Government;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 31 of 2020 concerning the State Water and Electricity Company;
- Based on the above and with the approval of the Cabinet,
has decided:
The definitions set out in Federal Decree-Law No. 31 of 2020 concerning the State Water and Electricity Company shall apply to this Decision; otherwise, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings indicated opposite each of them, unless the context of the text requires otherwise:
Person: a natural or legal Person.
Customer: A Person who benefits from the services provided by the Company.
