The Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2019 on Public Finance, as amended;
- Cabinet Decision No. 56 of 2021 regarding Service Fees Charged by the Ministry of Education;
- Cabinet Decision No. 84 of 2021 regarding Fees for Services provided by the Emirates School Education Corporation;
- and based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance and the approval of the Cabinet
has decided:
For the purposes of this Decision, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out opposite each, unless the context requires otherwise:
State: the United Arab Emirates.
Ministry: The Ministry of Education.
Minister: Minister of Education.
Professional Licence: A licence issued by the Ministry, enabling the holder to practise professions related to the education sector in the State.
