- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, and its amendments;
- Federal Law No. 14 of 2016 on Administrative violations and penalties in the Federal Government;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 30 of 2024 on the “Know Your Customer” Digital Platform;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 6 of 2025 concerning the Central Bank and the Regulation of Financial Institutions, Activities and Insurance Business;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 10 of 2025 on Combating Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and the Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons;
- Cabinet Decision No. 55 of 2026 regarding the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 30 of 2024 concerning the “Know Your Customer” Digital Platform;
