The Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- and Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, and its amendments;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 30 of 2024 concerning the “Know Your Customer” (KYC) Digital Platform;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 6 of 2025 concerning the Central Bank and the Regulation of Financial Institutions, Activities and Insurance Business;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 10 of 2025 on Combating Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and the Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons;
- Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance and the approval of the Cabinet,
has decided:
The definitions set out in the aforementioned Federal Decree-Law No. 30 of 2024 shall apply to this Decision; otherwise, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings indicated opposite each of them, unless the context of the text dictates otherwise:
