Sharjah Executive Council Decision No. 15 of 2007 Regarding the Approval of the Lease Agreement for Residential Purposes and the Lease Agreement for the Purposes of Carrying Out Commercial or Industrial Activities or Practising the Liberal Professions

We, Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler, Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah,

- Having reviewed Sharjah Law No. 2 of 1999 regarding the Establishment of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah and its internal regulations;

- Sharjah Law No. 2 of 2004 concerning Municipalities in the Emirate of Sharjah and its amendments;

- Sharjah Law No. 2 of 2007 concerning the Regulation of the Relations between Landlords and Tenants in the Emirate of Sharjah and its Executive Regulations,

- and in the public interest,

have decided:

Article 1

The two lease agreements attached to this Decision shall come into force in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Sharjah Law No. 2 of 2007.

Article 2

The Council may, by Decision and upon the recommendation of the municipality, amend the two documents attached to this Decision.
