Having reviewed Federal Decree-Law No. 30 of 2021 on the Control of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances and its amendments;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 28 of 2023 establishing the Emirates Drug Establishment;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2024 on Medical Products, Pharmaceutical Practices and Pharmaceutical Establishments;
- And the minutes of the meetings of the Higher Committee for Monitoring and Reviewing tables of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Nos. (2-3-4) of 2025.
- And in accordance with the requirements of the public interest
has decided:
The substances listed in Annex No. 1 attached to this Decision shall be added to Table No. 1 attached to Federal Decree-Law No. 30 of 2021 referred to above, in accordance with the serial number for their inclusion in the table.
