Cabinet Decision No. 49 of 2026 amending certain provisions of Cabinet Decision No. 119 of 2024 regarding the Adoption of the Integrated Customs Tariff Schedule in Accordance with the Harmonised System for the Classification and Categorisation of Goods for the GCC States of the 2022 and its updates

The Cabinet:

- Having reviewed the Constitution;

- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers Ministers, as amended;

- Federal Decree No. 15 of 2022 ratifying the Unified Customs Law of the Cooperation of the Arab Gulf States and its Executive Regulations and amendments;

- and Cabinet Decision No. 119 of 2024 regarding the Adoption of the Integrated Customs Tariff Schedule in Accordance with the Coordinated System for the Classification and Categorisation of Goods of the Gulf Cooperation Council 2022 and its updates;

- and based on the proposal of the Chairman of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security and the approval of the Cabinet,

has decided:
