The Executive Council has decided as follows:
The annual increase in rent specified in the contract (if any), and set out in Article 16 of Abu Dhabi Law No. 20 of 2006 concerning the letting of premises and the regulation of the tenancy relationship between landlords and tenants in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, shall not exceed (5%) five per cent, effective from the date of issuance of this Decision.
