Dubai Administrative Decision No. 23 of 2026 Regarding the determination of administrative violations by private schools that require a written warning to be issued before a fine is imposed on the violators

- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 2 of 2021 concerning the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai;

- Dubai Law No. 6 of 2026 regarding administrative violations, penalties and measures in the Emirate of Dubai;

- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 2 of 2017 regarding the regulation of private schools in the Emirate of Dubai,

has decided as follows:

Article 1 – Definitions

The words and phrases contained in this Decision shall have the meanings assigned to them in the aforementioned Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 2 of 2017.

Article 2 – Issuing a Written Warning

a. The administrative violations that require the issuance of a written warning to the violators, for the purposes of rectifying the violation and removing the causes thereof, prior to the imposition of the financial penalty prescribed under the aforementioned Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 2 of 2017, are specified as fol...
