The Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2021 regarding the Establishment of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security;
- Cabinet Decision No. 88 of 2022 regarding Fees for Services provided by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security, and its amendments;
- Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance and with the approval of the Cabinet,
has decided:
Clauses (6/a) and (6/b) of Table No. 1 attached to the aforementioned Cabinet Decision No. 88 of 2022 shall be amended as follows:
