Cabinet Decision No. 14 of 2026 Concerning Administrative Violations and Penalties for Acts that Violate the Provisions of Cabinet Decision No. 120 of 2022 On the Rules and Controls for Pricing Consumer Goods in the State

The Cabinet

- Having reviewed the Constitution;

- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the the Competences of Ministries and the Powers Ministers, and its amendments;

- Federal Law No. 14 of 2016 on Administrative Violations and Penalties in the Federal Government;

- Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, and its amendments;

- Cabinet Decision No. 120 of 2022 On the Rules and Controls for Pricing Consumer Goods in the State;

- Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trade via Modern Technological Means;

- based on the proposal of the Minister of Economy and Tourism, and with the approval of the Cabinet

has decided:

Article 1 – Definitions

For the purposes of this Decision, the words and expressions contained herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in Cabinet Decision No. 120 of 2022 On the Rules and Controls for Pricing Consumer Goods in the State.
