Abu Dhabi Decision No. 3 of 2026 of the President of the Judicial Department regarding the Formation of Committees for the Resolution of Family Companies Disputes in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi

The President of the Judicial Department,

- Having reviewed Abu Dhabi Law No. 1 of 1974 on the Reorganisation of the Government Apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and its amendments;

-  Abu Dhabi Law No. 6 of 2024 concerning the Judicial Department in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi;

- Abu Dhabi Law No. 13 of 2017 on Court Fees in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi;

- Federal Decree-Law No. 37 of 2022 on Family Companies;

- Civil Procedure Law, promulgated by Federal Decree-Law No. 42 of 2022;

- Federal Decree-Law No. 40 of 2023 on Mediation and Conciliation in Civil and Commercial Disputes;

- Abu Dhabi Law No. 10 of 2021 on the governance of Family Companies in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
