- Having reviewed Abu Dhabi Law No. 1 of 1974 on the Reorganisation of the Governmental Apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and its amendments;

- Abu Dhabi Law No. 6 of 2024 concerning the Judicial Department in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi;

- Abu Dhabi Law No. 13 of 2017 regarding Court fees in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi;

- Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2022 regarding the Regulation of the Legal Profession and legal Consultation Profession,

has decided:

Article 1 – Objectives of the Decision

This Decision aims to achieve the following:

1. To establish the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its courts as pioneers in providing the first service of its kind in the region, offering innovative and accessible financing solutions in collaboration with banks and ‘Buy Now Pay Later’ (BNPL) companies to facilitate the payment of court fees, judicial service fees and lawyers’ fees in instalments.
