We, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Executive Council
– Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 3 of 2003 concerning the Establishment of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;
– Dubai Law No. 18 of 2006 regarding the Management and Accounting of Public Funds of the Government of Dubai;
– Dubai Local Order No. 2 of 2003 regarding the Municipal fee Imposed on Hotel Establishments;
– Dubai Local Order No. 3 of 2002 regarding Evasion of the Municipal fee;
– Dubai Local Order No. 3 of 2000 regarding the Municipal fee on Hotel Apartments and hostels in the Emirate of Dubai;
– Dubai Decision No. 7 of 1998 regarding the Collection of Municipal Fees from Hotels and Furnished Apartment Complexes,
hereby issue the following Rule:
This Rule shall be known as “Dubai Rule No. 2 of 2006 concerning municipal fees on Sales by Hotel Establishments in the Emirate of Dubai”.
