In my capacity as Director of the Department,
- and having reviewed Ajman Emiri Decree No. 7 of 2017 regarding the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department;
- Ajman Emiri Decree No. 18 of 2017 appointing the Head of the Land and Real Estate Regulation Department;
- Ajman Law No. 2 of 2020 on the Regulation of Real Estate Development in the Emirate of Ajman;
- Ajman Law No. 3 of 2020 on the Regulation of Landowner Affairs in the Emirate of Ajman;
- and the requirements and interests of the work,
have decided as follows:
a. Pursuant to the provisions of Clause (c) of Article 9, regarding conflicts of interest contained in Ajman Law No. 2 of 2020 on the Regulation of Real Estate Development in the Emirate of Ajman, developers, consultants and contractors shall, in the course of their work, disclose to the Department in writing whether they have any direct or indirect personal interest that conflicts with the requirements of their work, or any other information requested by the Department. This includes, but is not limited to, the following cases:
