Ajman Administrative Decision No. 95 of 2025 concerning the Conclusion of Transactions via Digital Channels

In my capacity as Head of the Department, 

- and having reviewed the Ajman Emiri Decree No. 7 of 2017 concerning the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, 

- Ajman Emiri Decree No. 18 of 2017 appointing the Head of the Land and Real Estate Regulation Department;

- Ajman Law No. 2 of 2020 regarding the Regulation of Real Estate Development in the Emirate of Ajman;

- Ajman Law No. 3 of 2023 concerning Real Estate Registration in the Emirate of Ajman; 

- and in accordance with the requirements and interests of the work,

we have decided the following:

Article 1

Pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (e) of Article 7 of Ajman Law No. 3 of 2023 concerning Real Estate Registration in the Emirate of Ajman, a security account for real estate transactions conducted via digital channels shall be established by the Department following the automation of the remote sales service, in accordance with the following regulations:
