- and Federal Decree-Law No. (10) of 2002 on the practice of veterinary medicine, as amended,
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (7) of 2015 on combating the use of prohibited substances in horse racing and equestrian sports,
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (9) of 2017 on veterinary medicinal products, as amended,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (30) of 2021 on the control of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, as amended,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (28) of 2023 establishing the Emirates Medicines Agency,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (38) of 2024 concerning medical products, the pharmacy profession and pharmaceutical establishments,
- Following the proposal put forward by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Medicines Agency, and with the approval of The Cabinet,
We have issued the following Decree-Law:
