Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 43 of 2021 On the Commodities Subject to Non-Proliferation;
- Cabinet Decision No. 50 of 2020 regarding the List of Strategic Goods Annexed to Federal Law No. 13 of 2007 on Goods Subject to Import and Export Controls;
- and based on the proposal of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the approval of the Cabinet,
has decided:
The List of Goods Subject to Control and Non-Proliferation attached to this Decision is hereby approved.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs is authorised to amend the List of Goods attached to this Decision—whenever necessary—whether by addition, deletion or substitution.
Cabinet Decision No. 50 of 2020 concerning the List of Strategic Goods Annexed to Federal Law No. 13 of 2007 on Goods Subject to Import and Export Control is hereby abrogated, and any provision that contradicts this Decision is also abrogated.
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and come into force on the day following the date of its publication.
