The Cabinet:
- having reviewed the Constitution،
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (14) of 2016 concerning administrative offences and penalties in the Federal Government,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (26) of 2019 on public finance, as amended,
- Pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (86) of 2020 concerning fees for services provided by the Ministry of Culture and Youth,
- Pursuant to what was presented by the Minister of State for Financial Affairs and approved by the Cabinet, Has decided:

Definitions
For the purposes of implementing the provisions of this Decision, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out opposite each of them, unless the context otherwise requires:
State: United Arab Emirates.
Ministry: Ministry of Culture.
Minister: Minister of Culture.
