The Cabinet:
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (14) of 2016 concerning administrative offences and penalties in the Federal Government,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (20) of 2022 concerning the regulation of the profession of notary public,
- And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (16) of 2024 concerning the executive regulations for Federal Decree-Law No. (20) of 2022 on the regulation of the profession of notary public,
- Based on the proposal put forward by the Minister of Justice, and with the approval of The Cabinet,

Definitions
The definitions set out in Federal Decree-Law No. (20) of 2022, concerning the regulation of the profession of notary public, shall apply to this Decision, Otherwise, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out opposite each, unless the context otherwise requires:
