Federal Decree No. 148 of 2025 Ratifying an agreement between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Peru With regard to air services between their respective regions and beyond

We are Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan The President of the United Arab Emirates,

• having reviewed the Constitution،
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (4) of 1996 concerning the General Authority for Civil Aviation, as amended,
• Following the proposal put forward by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Civil Aviation, and with the approval of The Cabinet, and ratification by the Federal Supreme Council,

We have outlined what lies ahead:

Article 1

An agreement between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Peru on air services between their respective territories has been ratified And the following, which were signed in Lima on 2 June 2023; the texts of which are attached.

Article 2

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Civil Aviation shall implement this Decree from the date of its promulgation, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
