Ministerial Decision No. 646 of 2020 Regarding the Procedures for Professional Licence Examinations

Minister of Education:

• Having examined Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
• and Decree-Law No. (11) of 2008 on human resources in the Federal Government and its amendments,
• Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (15) of 2016 establishing the Emirates School Education Foundation,
• And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (21) of 2013 concerning the Information Security Regulations for federal authorities,
• And in accordance with Cabinet Decision No. (28) of 2016 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry of Education.
• Pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (1) of 2018 concerning the Executive regulation for Federal Decree-Law No. (11) of 2008 on human resources in the Federal Government, as amended,
• Pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (57) of 2019 concerning fees for professional licence services for those working in the education sector in the State,
