- Having examined Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, and the laws amending it.
- and in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. (11) of 2008 concerning human resources in the Federal Government, as amended by Decree-Law No. (9) of 2011
- And in accordance with Cabinet Decision No. (22) of 2010 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry of Education.
- And Cabinet Decision No. (13) of 2012 concerning the Executive regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. (11) of 2008 on human resources in the Federal Government, as amended.
Has decided
Article 1
The organisational structure for general education schools, as set out in the annex to this Decision, shall apply to all educational districts and schools for the 2015/2016 academic year.
Article 2
Any provision that contravenes or conflicts with the provisions of this Decision shall be abrogated.

This decision shall be communicated to all competent authorities for implementation within their respective remits, and shall be published from ...
