Ministerial Decision No. 194 of 2023 Regarding the curriculum in state and private schools following the Ministry’s syllabus For the 2023/2024 academic year

Minister of Education:

• Having examined Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended:
• Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (49) of 2022 on human resources in the Federal Government
• Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (15) of 2016 establishing the Emirates School Education Foundation.
• And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (48) of 2023 concerning the Executive regulations for Federal Decree-Law No. (49) of 2022 on human resources in the Federal Government
• And in accordance with Cabinet Decision No. (21) of 2021 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry of Education.
• Pursuant to Ministerial Decision No. (50) of 2021 concerning the organisational structure of the directorates, offices and departments, and their powers and functions, within the Ministry of Education
• In accordance with the requirements of the public interest.
