Minister for Social Affairs:
- having reviewed the Constitution ،
- and Federal Decree-Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amending laws,
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (2) of 2001 on social security,
- And in accordance with Cabinet Decision No. (11) of 2002 concerning relief aid in the event of public or private disasters or calamities.
- And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (6) of 2008 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry of Social Affairs,
- And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (14/86) of 2008 approving the draft Cabinet resolution concerning relief aid in the event of general or specific disasters or calamities,
