- Approval of the location by the Licensing and Public Health Department in accordance with the activity before the lease agreement is certified.
- Floors and walls must be covered with tiles. Ceilings must be made of smooth, easy-to-clean, non-absorbent, fire-resistant material that is light in colour, non-toxic and free of cracks. Floors and the space between walls and ceilings must be sealed and hollow to facilitate cleaning.
