Chairman's of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for the Regulation of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority Decision No. 25 of 2024 concerning the Adoption of Version 2.0 of the Spam Calls Policy

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for the Regulation of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority,

- Having reviewed Federal Decree-Law No. 3 of 2003 on the Regulation of the Telecommunications Sector, its Executive Regulations and their amendments;

- Board of Directors Decision No. 5 of 2021 regarding the Adoption of the Spam Calls Policy;

- and based on the proposal submitted by the Director-General of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority, and the approval of the Authority’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on June 27, 2024, of the memorandum of approval submitted to it by the Authority’s management,

have decided the following:

Article 1

The version of the Spam Calls Policy attached to this Decision is hereby adopted.

Article 2

1. This Decision replaces Decision No. 5 of 2021 referred to.
