- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 5 of 1985 enacting the Civil Transactions Law of the United Arab Emirates, and its amendments;
- Dubai Law No. 7 of 2006 on Real Estate Registration in the Emirate of Dubai, and its amendments;
- Dubai Law No. 7 of 2013 on the Land and Property Department;
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 30 of 2013 on the Approval of Fees for the Land and Property Department, and its amendments;
have decided the following:
The following words and phrases, wherever they appear in this Decision, shall have the meanings set out opposite each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
Department: Dubai Land Department.
Land Register: The register organised pursuant to the aforementioned Dubai Law No. 7 of 2006.
Property: Includes land and existing Property units registered in the Land Register.
