Having regard to Law No. (3) of 2003 concerning the establishment of an Executive Council for the Emirate of Dubai,
Pursuant to Law No. (17) of 2005 establishing the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA),
Pursuant to Law No. (14) of 2009 concerning the pricing of government services in the Emirate of Dubai,
and Law No. (35) of 2009 on the management of public funds by the Government of Dubai,
Pursuant to Executive Council Decision No. (8) of 2008 establishing the Licence Authority within the Roads Authority and transport,
Pursuant to Executive Council Decision No. (13) of 2010 concerning the adoption of the organisational structure of the Roads Authority and transport.
