and Federal Decree-Law No. (10) of 2002 on the practice of veterinary medicine and its amendments, Federal Decree-Law No. (16) of 2007 on the Welfare of Animals and its amendments, and its Executive regulations; Federal Decree-Law No. (15) of 2009 on Tobacco Control and its amendments, and its Executive regulations; and Federal Decree-Law No. (8) of 2013 on the prevention and control of infectious and epidemic animal diseases and its Executive regulations,
