Having examined Federal Decree-Law No. (5) of 2019 concerning the establishment of the Federal Centre for Geographical Information,
and the Ras al-Khaimah Municipal Law of 1981, as amended,
Pursuant to Law No. (7) of 2012 concerning the establishment of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ras al-Khaimah,
Pursuant to Law No. (10) of 2021 concerning the remit of the Centre for Geographical Information Systems,
Pursuant to Amiri Decree No. (2) of 2004,
Following approval by the Executive Council,
We have therefore issued the following regulations:

Definitions
