We are Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) Having examined Law No. (17) of 2005 concerning the establishment of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). and Decree No. (48) of 2005 concerning the appointment of the Chairman of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) have decided the following:
Article (1)¹
Mr Matar Mohammed Ahmed Al Tayer is appointed Director-General and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).
Article (2)
This Decision shall come into force on the date of its promulgation and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
