Having reviewed Law No. (6) of 2015 on the protection of the public electricity and water networks in the Emirate of Dubai,
Pursuant to Law No. (27) of 2021 concerning the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (PLC),
Pursuant to Administrative Decision No. (4) of 2021 approving the settlement regulations for fines imposed under Law No. (6) of 2015 on the protection of the public electricity and water network in the Emirate of Dubai,
have decided the following:

The texts of Articles (4) and (5) of the aforementioned Administrative Decision No. (4) of 2021 shall be replaced by the following texts:
