and Federal Decree-Law No. (4) of 1983 concerning the profession of pharmacy and pharmaceutical establishments,
Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (5) of 2012 on combating information technology offences,
Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (4) of 2016 on medical liability,
and Law No. (27) of 2006 on the Management of Human Resources in the Government of Dubai and its amendments,
Pursuant to Law No. (13) of 2007 establishing the Dubai Health Authority and its amendments,
Pursuant to Decree No. (16) of 2015 establishing the Board of Directors of the Dubai Health Authority,
Pursuant to Decree No. (21) of 2015, which mandates the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dubai Health Authority to undertake
